The “CLOUD” is pretty cool. You can store files there and access them from any computer regardless of where you are. As long as you have internet access you will have access to those files.
The “CLOUD” is big business. Of course companies sell storage. But for me and for most businesses you need access to only a few files. There is really no need to pay for storage.
Here I will show you where to get a good amount of storage space for free.

We use Syncthing in our office so we have our files on any connected computer we use.
FREE storage is great, but remember you are putting your stuff on the cloud. In todays hackable world you might consider the security issues we read about every day.
I stopped using cloud storage a long time ago because of the security risks. I now use Syncthing. “Syncthing replaces proprietary sync and cloud services with something open, trustworthy and decentralized. Your data is your data alone and you deserve to choose where it is stored, if it is shared with some third party and how it’s transmitted over the Internet.”
Syncthing is easy to set up and works great. I used a old laptop with Linux OS and Syncthing. Now I have my files on any computer I use where ever I happen to be. Storage size is only limited by the hard drive size. Best of all, it’s all FREE!
